Refund policy

This policy is operated by Fabio Conti, trading as Fabiolous Made.

Thank you for shopping with my small, independent UK business. As I specialise in unique, handmade, and personalised items, please review this policy carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility & Timeframe

I offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, I regret that I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your item is eligible (i.e., a non-personalised item, or a damaged/faulty personalised item):

  1. Contact Me First: Send an email to fabiolousmade@gmail.com with the subject: Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number].

  2. Provide Evidence: Include your name, order number, and a detailed reason for the return. If the item is damaged or faulty, you must attach clear photographs of the fault and the exterior packaging.

  3. Wait for Authorisation: Do not send the item back until you receive a confirmation email from me containing the specific return instructions and postal address. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5 working days.

  • Late Refunds: If you are worried about a delayed refund, please first check your bank or credit card company. If you still cannot locate the funds, please contact me directly.

4. Exchanges

I only replace items if they are confirmed to be defective or damaged and if a suitable replacement is available. If you need an exchange, please contact me to begin the process.

I do not offer exchanges for non-defective items or if you simply change your mind.

5. Return Postage Costs

You are responsible for the postage costs for returning an item if the return is due to a change of mind. Original postage costs are non-refundable.

  • Please use a trackable delivery service, especially for valuable items, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to me.

Exception: If the item you received was incorrect, damaged, or genuinely faulty, I will either provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse you for reasonable return postage costs once the fault is verified.

6. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. As I am a solo trader and often start production on personalised items quickly, cancellation requests submitted after this timeframe are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis
