Returns Policy

• You may return your order within 14 days of the order date for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be returned in the same condition you received. 

• Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase when making a return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exclusions

• Please note that customised, bespoke, or personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
